for when i next make dumplings

 note to self: do not make dumplings with self raising flour!!! silly... but still tasty

 
 

skin: 2 cup normal flour + water and knead for a few minutes leave to rest and rise (next time try overnight in the fridge! pork: pork mince, garlic, garlic chives, sesame oil, rice wine, some flour and white pepper... steam, boil or pan fry. yum.
