for cool present ideas

note to self: this is gorgeous and simple. with hot chocolate mix + milk powder in a mason jar + some marshmallows that have been cut out. cute! perhaps i could try with other warm beverages...?

for when i next make dumplings

 note to self: do not make dumplings with self raising flour!!! silly... but still tasty

 

 

skin: 2 cup normal flour + water and knead for a few minutes leave to rest and rise (next time try overnight in the fridge! pork: pork mince, garlic, garlic chives, sesame oil, rice wine, some flour and white pepper... steam, boil or pan fry. yum.

for when i go on dates with kai pie

note to self: don't loose the excitement you get caught up in before a date. don't forget to order dessert, no matter what starters/entrees you have to sacrifice!

note to self: two chef bistro 121 stuart street, dunedin was pretty average. average service and entrees. shocking condiments which did not  not compliment the mains. however, beautifully cooked meats and heavenly desserts!!!
